Clearance Requirement:  Must Possess a DoD Clearance

BANC3 is seeking an Help Desk Analyst in APG Maryland who will support Tier 1 Customer Service for mission critical business applications. The Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of related work experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience performing help desk tech support or other tech support role
• Solid knowledge of various browsers
• Strong customer service skills
• Prior troubleshooting experience of IT systems and applications
• Excellent organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills
• US Citizen
• Possess Secret Clearance  

Primary Duties and Tasks:
• 1st level application support via phone and email
• Collect detailed information effectively diagnose and resolve customer issues
• Log all support calls, emails and exchanges in ticket system
• Monitor own open ticket log to ensure prompt resolution
• Identify and escalate problems appropriate team members as needed.
• Stay current with system information, changes and updates
• Other duties as assigned
