Position:   Video Teleconference Support: Technician / Subject Matter Expert
Location:  Fort Shafter, Hawaii

The video teleconference support technician / subject matter expert will work with the technical team members (Web Collaboration & VTC) to specify technical requirements and evaluate technical solutions for BANC3's work in support of the US Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Communications and Information Network Support (C&IN) division at Fort Shafter, Hawaii.

Required Education & Experience Qualifications:
    • Must have 10 years of experience within the last 13 years performing technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation. 
    • Experience must show work performing system analyses including all levels of system products to include: concept, design, development, test, installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
    • 3 years of experience developing an overall solution architecture and design; document system designs, and providing design support to downstream engineering, support, and maintenance.
    • Experience working with technical team members (e.g. Web Collaboration & VTC) to specify technical requirements and evaluate technical solutions.

Specific Security Requirements:
    • Position requires a SECRET security clearance.
    • SEC+ Certification or equivalent
