Mr. Cherukuri has over 20 years of experience in design and project management
in the construction field. As Principal of BANC3, he is involved with establishing
corporate policies and procedures, contract negotiations, staffing, and overall
administration. Mr. Cherukuri's previous experience as program manager
of engineering department and director of construction management included
project management, supervision of personnel involved with engineering designs,
and construction management/inspection.
Jim Ott, PE - Director of Business Development (609-448-6776

Mr. Ott, formerly the Director of Public Works and Chief Engineer for Fort Monmouth,
N.J., also provided professional services to other military bases throughout
the northeast including Dover AFB, Lakehurst NAWC, McGuire AFB, and Earle
NWS . He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and is a member of numerous
professional, military and civic organizations. Mr. Ott has over 30 years
of experience in master planning, design, environmental compliance, operations,
utilities, and construction management. His expertise in a variety of federal
programs including privatization and partnerships, BRAC, and acquisition
strategies will be an invaluable addition to this project. The Secretary
of Army presented Mr. Ott the Army’s highest award for Civilian Service,
The Secretary of the Army Award for Exceptional Civilian Service, at a February
2006 Pentagon Ceremony.
Ambrose

Mr. Gmeiner, a Professional Land Surveyor - Licensed in DC, DE, MD, NJ, NY,
PA, VA, & WV, has over 22 years of experience in all facets of surveying
including GPS, GIS, Right-of-Way, Cadastral and Boundary, Water and Riparian
Surveys, and Hydrographic Surveys. He has been responsible for projects on
behalf of NJ Turnpike, NJDOT, NJDEP, JCP&L, DRJTBC, U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers, Department of Defense, FAA, EPA, USPS, PA NYNJ, NJ Transit, DelDOT,
PENNDOT, Virginia DOT, Maryland DOT, MdTA, MTA, MPA, Metropolitan Washington
Airports Authority, Baltimore Gas & Electric, Washington Gas, Washington
Suburban Sanitary Commission, Verizon as well as County, Township, School Districts
and local government, and private sector clients.
Byron

Mr. Johnson is a Certified Federal Surveyor licensed in Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, & Washington.
He has over 28 years experience, eighteen of that to include GPS surveys.
He has been a part time instructor for University of Nevada
Reno & Las
Vegas, Great Basin College & College of Southern Nevada. He has presented
seminars and workshops for Boundary Control, Legal Descriptions, GPS, and various
other aspects of surveying.
Pam Puttagunta - Director of Information Technology

Ms. Puttagunta has worked as a program manager managing several high profile
and demanding IT projects. With over 20 years of experience, she managed several
database management, client server and web application projects. Ms. Puttagunta
has created and led strategic planning and business process/architecture review
teams.
