Trenton Psychiatric Hospital - NJDPMC
Client: STV Incorporated
BANC3 provided survey and civil engineering services including water distribution
designs and fire suppression system upgrades for this 40-building, 100-acre
psychiatric facility.
The engineering project scope included the as-built survey of existing utilities together with a detailed topographic survey to develop existing contours. Domestic and fire water service loop lines were designed and sized for cost efficient use. The water supply flow was inspected, pressure tests were conducted, and design details were developed for booster pumps, water meters, and fire hydrants.
All permits from regulatory agencies were obtained and construction management services were provided to the client.
