BANC3 has been providing project management services for several schools in Gloucester City, Millville, and Vineland townships in South Jersey. This is a part of NJSCC Abbott School Construction Program. The scope of work included the providing of construction management services for several schools such as New Middle School at Vineland, High School Addition in Gloucester City, and the existing school rehabilitations in Gloucester City, Millville, and Vineland. The school rehabilitation work involved replacement of fire alarm system, electrical upgrades, windows/doors and curtain wall replacement, roof replacement, masonry wall restoration and ADA improvements.
