BANC3 has provided project management including construction management and site health & safety compliance services for several school construction services in Trenton and Pemberton townships in New Jersey. The locations include:

The scope of work included coordination with multiple sub contractors and agency personnel, quality control plan preparation/implementation, health & safety plan implementation, and construction. The project scope included civil construction consisted of additions, rehabilitations, sitework, and other construction trades, and environmental site remediation consisted of asbestos and lead abatement and demolition. The construction management included daily field inspection, reports, schedule monitoring, coordination, plans and specification conformance, and contract compliance.
Based on our performance, a new contract was awarded with Heery International for NJSCC to provide similar services mainly new construction and some site remediation. BANC3 fee on this new contract is $500,000.00 to manage approximately $20M construction.
