Client: Millennium Fueal Corporation
BANC3 was retained to obtain a residual waste permit from PADEP, and provide
engineering design services. The primary business activity of Millennium Corporation
is the collection and processing for resale of on-specification petroleum products
and waste oils. Petroleum products originate from residual product remaining
in storage tanks undergoing closure. Waste oil includes any synthetic or petroleum
based oil, including motor oil that has been used and as a result of such use
is contaminated by physical or chemical impurities.
As part of the permit, BANC3 prepared the following plans: air permit, soil erosion/sedimentation, spill prevention containment, and countermeasure control, health and safety reports, waste analysis, site assessment reports and other necessary plans. BANC3 evaluated existing structures, designed concrete pads that support six vertical aboveground storage tanks, drainage, piping sizes, mechanical and the electrical details, and construction engineering drawings.
