Frankford Creek Environmental Investigations - Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation

BANC3 performed environmental investigations to identify environmental threats
for the proposed improvements at the Frankford Creek site occupying two large
blocks in Philadelphia. The site consists of former manufacturing facilities,
warehouses, auto repair shops, junk yards, and vacant lots. BANC3 prepared separate
and detailed remedial reports for these parcels in order to estimate the environmental
cleanup cost associated with the potential purchase of approximately 15 of these
properties by our client. The investigations revealed USTs, drum storage areas,
stained areas, asbestos, and lead-based paint.
