C-E LCMC Rapid Response Project Office Integrated Data Environment Support - Department of Army - Ft. Monmouth, NJ

The C-E LCMC Rapid Response Project Office is chartered by the Deputy to the Commanding General, Communications-Electronics Logistics Life Cycle Command (C-E LCMC), to execute a unique, competitive, and streamlined business process that allows United States Federal Government managers to acquire contractor-provided equipment and services. The CR2 Project Office had created a DOMINO Lotus Notes database that can no longer provide the level of functionality that is required to support its needs. BANC3 is assisting the development, integration, enhancement, implementation and support of the CR2 Project Office IDE. BANC3 is responsible for migrating the application to a more flexible web-based front-end, Oracle database backend application capable of growing with this ever changing program. There currently are 392 pages, 670 forms, 134 sub forms, 1182 views, 365 agents and 21 Lotus Scripts in the GOTS/COTS product. The application is being built using Active Server Pages with Visual Basic Script supported by a . NET framework. The database used is Microsoft SQL Server 2005.
The CR2 Project Office provides a unique support service that aids all Federal Government managers in the execution of their requirements as identified by their mission objectives. The CR2 Project Office is a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment that provides services above and beyond those normally available at Federal Agencies. As such, the CR2 Project Office has created a DOMINO Lotus Notes database that has evolved into an indispensable workload management tool. The database however can no longer provide the level of functionality that is required to support the CR2 Project Office. It is the CR2 Project Office’s desire to migrate to a more flexible application capable of growing with this ever changing program. BANC3 provides dedicated technical support for programming and applications development capabilities. Firewalls, templates and test data are being utilized during performance of this task order, to the fullest extent possible.
BANC3 provides support for the following programming, server and applications development capabilities:

Development of custom program with backend SQL database interacting with a front-end web user interface using Active Server Pages with Visual Basic script supported by a . NET framework version 2.0 or greater

Custom program includes the following functionality: Automatic Email functionality; Multiply file attachments; Data Entry screens; Reports; Automatic Actions; Interaction with other SQL databases
