Client: URS Corporation
BANC3 is the subconsultant to URS Corporation for the 5-year USPS ID/IQ contract
to provide land survey and engineering design support services. BANC3 performed
a detailed survey of these proposed U.S. Post Office buildings in Bayville
and Paterson townships in New Jersey and Bronx in New York. For the Bayville
site, a subdivided lot was tied into the overall property survey. BANC3’s
surveying services included outbound and topographical
surveys, the setting of monuments, and the establishment of control benchmarks,
right-of-way and easements surveys
and final drawing preparation. All work was completed in accordance with ALTA/ACSM
land title survey requirements.
For the Paterson site, BANC3 prepared topographic and utility survey
s,
determine the elevation of utility inverts and prepared topographic and utility
plans using AutoCAD format for the proposed site improvements at the site.
For the Bronx, NY site, BANC3 located all utilities, researched utility plans and prepared art & plan of existing conditions. Project was prepared in AutoCAD.
