DoD Program Manager - IT : BANC3 is currently seeking to hire a self-motivated, dynamic, and people oriented candidate to organize and execute various DoD projects and assist in business development. The DoO Program Manager - IT will have direct responsibility for all proposal and program effort and cost, schedule and technical performance and will be the primary interface with all customers. The Program Manager will be responsible for client communications, contract management, and ensure efficient project execution for development of logistics and IT systems ensuring all conform to Government regulations and standards. This position requires extensive client interface and business development. Qualifications requirement: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school in computer science and experience to demonstrate the ability to successfully perform the job duties. PMP/CMMI Certification is a plus. At least 5-10 years experience in the DoD mission critical software efforts with at least 3-5 years experience as a PM and or technical leadership position. Experience managing DoD contracts. Experience in proposal management for major DoD acquisitions. Clear and proven experience in building and managing a technical team. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Contracts Manager : BANC3 is currently seeking to hire a self-motivated, dynamic, and people oriented candidate to assist proposal preparation, contract administration, and customer contact activities. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the proposals involved in winning federal contracts from the decision for opportunity pursuit through award. Will be responsible the entire opportunity lifecycle, leading in teaming decisions, conducting competitive analyses, assisting to identify and negotiate teaming partner relationships, and developing pricing and solution strategy. The Contracts manager must maintain effective customer relationships based on professionalism, responsiveness and ethical conduct; Administer contracts to ensure that they are always executing to contract requirements (including performance metrics, cost, schedule, and deliverables). Qualifications requirement: B.S. in Computer Science, 5 years work experience. A strong technical background is essential to create technical proposals and assist in evaluation of program status including risks and risk mitigation, strong presentation and negotiation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detailed understanding of government procurement process.

Marketing Coordinator: BANC3 is currently seeking to hire a self-motivated, dynamic, and people oriented Marketing Coordinator to write technical proposals in Engineering and Information Technology department for federal and other public clients. Responsibilities include responding to RFP's and RFQ's; management, leadership and coordination of marketing proposals, statements of qualifications, SF330, including writing non-technical sections and presentations. Work with multiple group representatives (both in-house and out-of-house) to strategize, develop and manage the proposal process. Responsible for the total coordination and layout of all proposal materials including graphics, text, photos, and required forms. Pays attention to detail. Ability to work to tight timelines while maintaining accuracy. Must be able to communicate effectively and diplomatically. And Flexibility in the standard working hours may be required to ensure deadlines are met. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree. A minimum of five years' experience working for an engineering or IT consulting firm. Must have a complete understanding of the proposal process and the ability to work as part of a team and the ability to lead a proposal development team. Strong writing, editing, organizational, verbal, and time management skills required. Thorough working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Desktop publishing required. Ability to interact with all levels of staff, especially mid to senior management.

Proposal Writer (Technical) : BANC3 is currently seeking to hire a self-motivated, dynamic, and people oriented candidate to write technical proposals primarily in Information Technology department for federal and other public clients. Responsibilities include: Understands and supports business development and proposal development environment; Implementing the capture/win strategy; Researches, gathers, creates and organizes information from many sources to generate comprehensive and persuasive text for proposals; Identifies and edits existing materials or writes new copy to effectively communicate company services, core capabilities and specific departmental offerings to assist in the proposal development; Ability to objectively review team members’ and own work with regard to the degree to which a written response meets clients’ expectations and communicate this to other members; Pays attention to detail; Ability to work to tight timelines while maintaining accuracy; Must be able to communicate effectively and diplomatically; and Flexibility in the standard working hours may be required to ensure deadlines are met.
BS in Computer Science or 3-5 years related experience required.
A self-starter and strategic thinker with outstanding oral, written and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have four or more years experience writing proposals for the federal government preferably for Department of Defense in areas of information technology and program management areas. The individual must have advanced skills in writing, researching, interviewing subject matter experts, organizational and time management skills. The individual will have to understand customer requirements, and expertise in reviewing solicitation documents and developing solutions. Microstation Drafter: BANC3, Inc., Consulting Engineers is seeking a motivated individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the survey/civil related consulting engineering field for the position of MicroStation Drafter in our Cranbury office. Responsible for producing boundary & topographic survey plans, survey calculations, and site development plans for mainly public projects related to Roadways, Bridges, and Transit Facilities. Requirements: Must have experience with and a thorough understanding of MicroStation (V8) and also knowledge in Land Desktop.

Microstation Drafter (Vancouver, WA): BANC3 is a consulting engineering firm servicing public and private clients in several states throughout the United States . We seek to hire an employee with Microstation V8 (or Micro Station 7 but willing to quickly learn 8) experience for a very long term project (10 years or more) with the Department of Transportation in Vancouver, WA.

Specific activities of the CAD Operator may include:

Preparing various drawings of such units as construction projects or parts and assemblies, including various views, sectional profiles, irregular or reverse curves, hidden lines, and small or intricate details. Work requires use of most of the conventional drafting techniques and a working knowledge of the terms and procedures of the occupation. Makes arithmetic computations using standard formulas. Familiar or recurring work is assigned in general terms. Unfamiliar assignments include information on methods, procedures, sources of information, and precedents to follow. Simple revisions to existing drawings may be assigned with a verbal explanation of the desired results.

Highway Inspector: Seekingexperienced construction inspectors to work on roadway and bridge construction projects throughout NJ. Construction Manager/Superintendent: Work on NJ School Construction Corporation Projects. School construction experience is preferred. Well versed in the overall management of construction projects, budget and schedule-through daily interaction with the owner, architect, regulatory agencies, and contractors. Must be responsible for providing direction in planning, scheduling and engineering functions on the project as required. Responsibilities include daily construction work inspections, quality control, review of project schedules and prepare punch lists. Computer capabilities such as Prolog and Microsoft Office software preferable. and excellent communication skills.

Environmental Engineer: Provide technical support by preparing reports, calculations, plans, specifications, and other documents; performing field work and sampling; and conducting analyses for a variety of engineering, environmental and regulatory projects. Assist in the development of proposals and other contract documents/work plans and attend client meetings as needed. Excellent verbal and written communications are must. Using the latest CADD systems, prepare maps, plans, charts, drawings, and other documents.
