BANC3 provides comprehensive land surveying services. Our experience includes topographic, hydrographic, control surveys and coordination of aerial and remote sensed (i.e. photographic and LIDAR), geodetic surveys utilizing GPS, and multiple boundary (cadastral) surveys. Inland waterway hydrographic surveys and surveys which include compiling utility plans and utility investigations, control and property monumentation, control surveys and locations for the development of GIS data and databases, preparation of survey plats and legal descriptions including the associated research effort, and preparation of drawings and computations of volume quantities for various projects for an array of Federal, State and local agencies.
