BANC3’s methodology for construction management and resident engineering is grounded in a strong, integrated team approach based upon careful review and analysis of plans and specifications and discussions with all involved parties.
Our experienced personnel possess in-depth knowledge of construction management procedures, guidelines and methods of operation and utilize those which have been proven to be most effective. Our successful approach is centered on seven points: 1. Management of the schedule so that delays are anticipated and averted. 2. Early management of schedule disruptions so that the project is delivered on time and the overall program requirements are met. 3. Management of time extensions, change orders, and claims to mitigate cost and time impact on the project and minimize legal exposure to the Client. 4. Provision of schedule data in a timely and meaningful manner so that key persons in the program understand where the program is, where it should be, and where it is going. 5. Monitoring cost, preparation of progress payments and final payments, evaluation and processing change orders and claims. 6. Monitoring construction work for compliance with plans, specifications, materials and workmanship. 7. Monitor the Contractor’s compliance with his own Safety Plan.
